Meet AdvisorHop
AdvisorHop is the all-in-one platform for growing your firm through advisor recruiting — everything you need, there the moment you log in, with no list to buy and no system to wire together. Three tools work as one: a pre-loaded, always-current Discovery List to meet your next advisor; a built-in pipeline to manage every conversation and relationship; and Recruiting Intelligence that learns your firm and points you to your next best move. Built so any firm can do this themselves.
Because it’s the out-of-the-box recruiting function most firms could never afford to build — and during beta, it’s completely free. You get a continuously refreshed Discovery List of advisor profiles, a purpose-built pipeline to manage every relationship, and Recruiting Intelligence that helps you focus on the right opportunities — without an enterprise data subscription, a generic CRM to wire up, or a slice of production going to a third-party recruiter.
Anyone tasked with growing a firm through advisor recruiting — in-house recruiters, business-development teams, principals and executives, or the one person wearing all of those hats. Independent BDs, RIAs, hybrid RIAs, OSJs, branch offices, and solo advisors are all welcome. If recruiting advisors is on your plate, AdvisorHop was built for you.
No. The Discovery List is ready on Day 1 — no data to import, no system to configure. Already working with a few advisors? Add them to your pipeline individually and pick up right where you are. (Bulk import for an existing book is on our list — for now, adding them by hand takes only a moment.)
Get AccessEvery relationship you build stays with your firm — not a recruiter’s rolodex. Third-party recruiters typically charge 8–12% of an advisor’s annual production per placement; on a $250,000 producer, that’s $20,000–$30,000 for a single hire. AdvisorHop puts that same search in your team’s hands — free during beta, and a low-cost subscription after launch.
General CRMs were built for other industries — or to be so generic they fit none in particular. They hand you a blank canvas: buy the data, import it, configure the stages, and train the team before your first conversation. AdvisorHop is purpose-built for advisor recruiting, and the advisor list and your pipeline are one connected system — meet an advisor on the Discovery List and add them to your pipeline in a single click. Nothing to import, nothing to wire together.
Good news — AdvisorHop fits alongside all three, and tends to replace the need for them over time:
- Already have an industry list? Ours is enriched and built into a purpose-built pipeline, so it’s workable on Day 1 — not a spreadsheet to wrangle.
- Already have a CRM? Run AdvisorHop as your recruiting workspace — the advisor data and pipeline are already connected, with nothing to import.
- Working with a third-party recruiter? Keep your agreement in mind — its terms often protect advisors the recruiter introduced for a period (sometimes up to two years), even if you later meet them on AdvisorHop. Everyone you meet on your own is yours, no strings.
A small, founder-led team that has lived the problem we’re solving. We spent years in advisor recruiting — outpaced by firms with bigger budgets, passed over by recruiters chasing the larger fee, and stuck finding advisors and managing relationships with tools never built for it. With everything technology can do today, we decided it was time to fix that imbalance — and give any firm a low-cost, off-the-shelf way to build better-fitting, longer-lasting relationships with advisors.
Our beta is step one of a much bigger roadmap, and we treat every beta member like a design partner — tell us what we haven’t solved yet, and we’ll build it. More about the team soon.
The Advisor Data
Each profile gives you meaningful context before you reach out:
- Contact information (phone and email where available)
- Credentials, designations, and specialties
- AUM, firm history, and tenure
- A professional bio for quick context (machine-generated — may contain errors)
Not every profile has every field — you can sort and filter by the data that’s there, and empty fields fill in over time. Our enrichment isn’t perfect and can occasionally make a mistake, so we build in safeguards — including the ability for you to edit and improve a profile yourself. The goal is for every profile on the Discovery List to be fully enriched; that takes time, and things change constantly, but it’s what we’re always working toward.
Filter the Discovery List by location, credentials, AUM, firm type, tenure, and more to zero in on the advisors worth your time — then add the ones you want to your pipeline in a click. Beta launched with a sizable list of profiles, and more are added all the time. Our goal is an industry-comprehensive, always-current list — using AI and proprietary enrichment to keep it fresh — so the right advisor is always just a search away.
The Discovery List runs on regular refresh cycles, and we work hard to keep a list this large — with so many moving parts — current and fresh for you. If you ever spot a profile (or a field inside one) that’s out of date, you don’t have to wait: update or edit the details right in the app and keep moving — or flag it for review and our team will take a look.
We invest heavily in data quality — refreshing records on a regular cycle and giving you tools to keep them sharp. No list this size is ever perfect, and our enrichment can occasionally get something wrong, so when you spot a stale detail or a recent move we haven’t caught, fix it right in the app or flag it for our team — and the profile gets better for you and for everyone after you.
Every profile is compiled from a mix of sources — public regulatory filings and government records, publicly available professional information, and third-party data providers — which we describe by category rather than naming specific tools. We then organize and enrich that information through AdvisorHop’s own proprietary process (our “secret sauce”). We focus on the independent space — independent BDs, RIAs, and hybrid firms — and we don't scrape gray-area sources.
At beta launch, the Discovery List holds 160,000+ advisor profiles — and it grows all the time. We’re upfront about depth: not every profile is fully enriched yet (that work is ongoing), so you can filter to the profiles that already have what you need — real contact details, credentials, and firm history your team can act on, not a bloated list of dead ends.
The best relationships start long before anyone’s ready to move — and AdvisorHop is built to help you start them. It isn’t a job board; it’s a way to discover and build relationships with advisors who fit your firm, on your timeline. Whether any individual is open to a move is a conversation for you to have.
Inside the Product
A few things you’ll use every day:
- Search and filter the Discovery List for advisors who fit your target.
- Add advisors to your pipeline in one click and move them through stages you own.
- Log calls, notes, and reminders so nothing slips.
- See the full activity timeline so the team always knows where a relationship stands.
And with Recruiting Intelligence, you’ll get custom insights and prompts based on how you use the product — and it gets sharper the more you use it.
It’s the layer that makes AdvisorHop sharper the more you use it. It surfaces targeting recommendations based on your activity, helps you prioritize who to reach next, and shows analytics on what’s working in your pipeline — like a coach that learns your firm and optimizes your efforts.
Team access is coming soon. Get early access and tell us your team size now, and we’ll flag your account so you’re first in line — your colleagues will work the same pipeline and pick up exactly where each other left off.
No. AdvisorHop helps you discover advisors and manage your own relationships — your team decides who to reach out to and how. We don’t send messages or place calls on your behalf, and we’re not an auto-dialer or a mass-outreach tool. How you connect with the advisors you meet is your call, every time — and you’re responsible for following the calling and email rules that apply to your outreach. See our Pipeline & Outreach Policy for details.
Pricing & Beta
AdvisorHop is free during beta. We’ll relaunch with public access and pricing down the road — and when we do, we intend to be the low-cost leader: a price any firm, on any budget, can afford, and far cheaper than buying a list, sourcing your own CRM, or hiring a third-party recruiter. No setup fees, and you can cancel anytime.
Request accessBecause the best way to show you what AdvisorHop can do is to let you use it — free, no strings — and see the value for your firm before you’re ever asked to pay. Beta is phase one of our roadmap; getting it into your hands now is how we make the product great and get ready for what’s next. When beta ends, AdvisorHop will be priced low enough that any firm can afford it.
No contract, no commitment. Cancel anytime.
When beta ends, we’ll launch publicly with pricing low enough that any firm can afford it — and the firms who joined during beta lock in a founding rate and keep their front-row seat as the platform grows. Today’s three-in-one platform is just version one; there’s a lot more on the roadmap, and joining now is the best way to help shape what comes next.

It’s quick and simple — request access, and once you’re in, the Discovery List and your pipeline are ready to go, with nothing to import or configure. We do review new firms before granting access — not to be gatekeepers, but to protect the data, the platform, and the edge it gives the firms who rely on it. The review is about keeping AdvisorHop trustworthy and valuable for you.
Absolutely — we’d love to. Drop us a line and we’ll respond within one to two business days.

Trust & Privacy
Yes. Your pipeline is yours and only yours — your notes, contacts, stages, and activity are never visible to other AdvisorHop customers. The Discovery List is shared infrastructure; the pipeline you build on top of it is completely private.
No. We don’t sell, share, or monetize your firm’s data.
AdvisorHop is a living workspace, not a file to download — there’s no bulk export, by design. Keeping the data on the platform is how we keep it clean, current, and fair for everyone using it. You can cancel anytime; your account closes and your work stays put, right where you left it if you come back.
An advisor can request a correction or removal through our opt-out form or by emailing support@advisorhop.ai. Because this involves someone's professional profile, we verify the request is coming from the advisor themselves before making changes, and we process removal requests within 45 days. Removed advisors are added to a suppression list so the profile is not re-added in future updates. For the full picture of how we handle advisor information, see our Privacy Policy.
